How does a keyless repeater work?

The principle of operation of the keyless repeater is very simple. It simply significantly increases the signal from the smart key to the car, while interacting with a range of security systems and protection algorithms.

Brief instructions for use

1. Signal transmission. A small keyless repeater box should be placed next to the car’s door lock. And the large keyless repeater box must be within 8 meters (8.75 yards) of the original smart car key. Up to 15 meters or 16.4 yards when using the supplied antenna. In this case, the distance between the small box and the large box should not exceed 350 meters (383 yards). Obstacles in the way can reduce this distance. A small box/block receives a signal from the car to find the original smart key. Upon receiving the request signal from the vehicle, the small keyless repeater device/box instantly transmits the signal to the second device (the large box) up to 350 meters (383 yards) away. The large block receives this signal and transmits it to the car’s original smart key, which is 8-15 meters (8.75-16.4 yards) from the large box.
2. Receiving a signal. Since it is an exact replica of the request signal from the vehicle, the original smart key recognizes it and responds positively. The central locking of the car alarm/immobilizer of the car reacts to a positive response from the native smart key and the car door opens. Further, after pressing the GO/Start button of the car (car engine start button), the signal is similarly transmitted to the original smart key through 2 blocks of this keyless repeater. The original smart key receives this signal, recognizes it and responds positively to starting the car (starting the car’s engine). The vehicle is then activated and ready to drive.

This keyless repeater box removes unwanted noise from the incoming signal. Thus, this repeater is very reliable equipment that shows its properties well, even during bad weather conditions, transmits a clear high-quality signal without radio noise.
